Every woman has the right and freedom to choose the best time for her to start her family. Late marriages, career concerns , economic issues are common conditions causing delayed family planning . The best reproductive age is not always the best time for some to start a family. It has aggravated the incidences of infertility in our society.
Reproductive medicine allows women to preserve their fertility by vitrifying (FREEZING) their eggs when they are young . These good quality eggs can be used at a later age for planning a
baby.
The success rate of this fertility treatment is enhanced if we preserve the eggs before a woman turns 35 years.This is so as the quality of eggs deteriorates rapidly and chances of aneuploidy increases after the age of 35 years.
Fertility preservation treatment is also the best reproduction solution for patients who are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or taking medications which will have a significant negative impact on ovarian reserve.

ADVANCED SPERM VITRIFICATION TECHNIQUES
Cryopreservation or vitrification is an advanced sperm freezing technique which causes less ice crystal formation, the main cause of irreparable damage and cell death. At UMANG IVF we routinely apply advanced vitrification technology for conserving sperms.The sperms can be frozen and used later in life . This helps us to give better results for patients.
ADVANCED SPERM EXTRACTION TECHNIQUES
TESA or Testicular sperm extraction is a minimally invasive technique which is designed to take spermatozoa directly from testis, when this cannot be achieved by other means, because ejaculation is not possible, or because there are no viable sperms in the ejaculate (azoospermia/ necrospermia).
