ADVANCED SPERM TEST

Male factor is the cause of infertility in approximately 50% of the cases.Therefore a detailed sperm and semen analysis is quintessential to diagnose the male factor infertility. A conventional semen analysis detects the quantity, motility , morphology and concentration of sperms in the ejaculate.However there are multiple other parameters not revealed by these conventional tests which are important for a more specific diagnosis. ADVANCED SPERM EXTRACTION TECHNIQUES

TESA or Testicular sperm extraction is a minimally invasive technique which is designed to take spermatozoa directly from testis, when this cannot be achieved by other means, because ejaculation is not possible, or because there are no viable sperms in the ejaculate (azoospermia/ necrospermia).

ER MAPPING

The endometrial receptivity map is a personalized test to detect the receptivity of the endometrium during the window of implantation. This test allows us to detect the exact time frame of highest endometrial receptivity moment, thus increasing the chances of successful implantation of the embryo.

INDICATIONS FOR ER MAP TESTING

  1. Several failed implantation attempts ( three or more in young couples and two or more in older women).

  2. Couples with failed cycles after good quality embryo transfer.

  3. Patients without apparent endometrial problems who do not achieve implantation.


NON INVASIVE PRENATAL DIAGNOSIS (NIPT)

NIPT is an advanced test for non-invasive detection of aneuploidy in the fetus using the blood sample of the future mother.The test is performed using the blood sample of the mother from 9 weeks of pregnancy. This sample undergoes a comprehensive DNA sequencing. This procedure involves no risk to the mother or the fetus.
